Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Our first priority is always customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, from the moment they visit our website to the moment they receive their product.

We also have a number of specific customer satisfaction initiatives in place. For example, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If a customer is not satisfied with a product for any reason, they can return it for a full refund. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Online:

  • You can view your sales receipt online by logging into your account on our website. Once you are logged in, click on the "My Orders" link. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your previous orders. To view the sales receipt for a particular order, click on the "View Receipt" button.
  • If you checked out as a guest, you can still view your sales receipt online by entering your order number and email address on our website.

Email:

  • When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your sales receipt. You can also request a copy of your sales receipt to be emailed to you by contacting our customer service team.
How can I return an item?
  • To return an item online, simply log into your account on our website and click on the "My Orders" link. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your previous orders. To initiate a return, click on the "Return Item" button next to the order you would like to return.
  • You will be asked to select a reason for the return and provide a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. You will also be asked to choose a return shipping method. Once you have completed the return request, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  • Simply package the item securely and attach the return shipping label. You can then drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we will restock items that are indicated as "out of stock." We monitor our inventory levels closely and restock items on a regular basis. 

If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, you can sign up for our back-in-stock notification service. We will send you an email when the item is back in stock so that you can purchase it immediately.

Where can I ship my order?
